Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic approach to psychotherapy that integrates elements of psychoanalysis, existential philosophy and phenomenology. It focuses on the dialogic, co-created relationship between therapist and client, with particular attention to what is unfolding in the here and now.
Rather than analysing the past alone, Gestalt therapy invites you to explore your present-moment experience: your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and patterns, as they arise within the context of your life and the therapeutic relationship.
Through this process, you can begin to develop deeper self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion and gently move towards greater acceptance of yourself. Over time, this work supports you in reconnecting with your authentic self and finding new ways of being that feel more aligned and meaningful.

I work in person in South Kensington, Earl’s Court and London Bridge, or online and offer 50-minute-long therapy – time-limited or open-ended sessions.
Price: £70 (online)
£80 (in-person)
Your first session will feel a little different from ongoing sessions, as it is an opportunity for us to meet, begin building a connection and get to know one another. We will explore any questions you may have and talk through your expectations for therapy.
During this session, I will also invite you to share what has brought you to counselling, alongside some initial questions to help me understand your experience more fully. This allows us to shape a way of working together that feels supportive, appropriate and aligned with your needs.
I understand that finding the right therapist can feel daunting. That’s why I offer a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call, giving you space to ask any questions and most importantly, to sense whether we feel like the right fit. Feeling at ease and supported in therapy is essential, and this initial call allows us to establish that foundation.
“What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.”
